Consistent processes are great for maintaining business efficiency, but one size definitely doesn't fit all. Projects, by their very nature, are unique and usually time-sensitive, so make sure you dedicate the right resources to prioritise them properly. You don't want to find your mission-critical system is now out of support because IT was too busy installing new monitors or because you scheduled a project requiring significant input from the Finance team around year end!
